must have buses reserved through the Van Wezel. Please contact

In order to receive the free transportation, you are expected to complete the short student and teacher surveys which will be provided to you at a later date.

Upon submission of this form, you will receive via email an authorization code which you are to use in making your bus arrangements through your School Transportation Department. That code informs your District that EOD will be billed for your trip. The availability of this date will then depend totally upon your ability to make bus arrangements with your School Transportation Department. Start early! If your date changes, that's fine with us, but please email us with your new date and estimated time of arrival.

Embracing Our Differences will not pay for any cancellation fees related to buses which do not actually visit the exhibit. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the school district and/or the individual school making the reservation.
