Latino Roosters

Artist Statement

I picked the rooster/hen (images) to represent the differences and similarities within the Latino culture. Roosters forever symbolize Caribbean Latino culture to me because of their nature and importance. Many rituals cannot be held without these animals. Perhaps we can keep our inherent rituals and embrace our differences.
