Artist Statement

Your own hands allow you to communicate with people with diffenent lingual backgrounds. How? Shadow puppets! That’s why it has a long history. My work composes a white hand making a black shadow and a black hand making a white shadow. My work says we need to “get into” and “understand” our differences so that we can merge into each other. They symmetric composition symbolizes “balance” and “fairness.”
