Artist Statement

We all try to fit into society, but we feel like everything we do won’t go unnoticed. My entire life consisted of trying to be like every one else. The truth is you can’t be anyone else except for yourself. It feels like you're a giant in a world of people who are constantly judging you. I’ve learned just to be myself and accept who I am. This piece shows how I feel when I’m trying to fit in.
