Your strength doesn't come from your size or your height, it comes from the kindness inside your heart.

I wanted to create a powerful image about how someone could take their extreme disadvantage and embrace it and face it. My artwork depicts an amputee boy who is both running and winning a race against other runners who have both of their legs. My objective is to show how we can use our disadvantages in life and accept them and grow from them. In this case, this boy is embracing the differences he is faced with and using it as strength to win and move forward.
