I draw my inspiration from my many travels and the magnificence of beautiful locations, with a particular love for the desert landscapes of the Southwest USA. My work reflects my experiences, aiming to capture the grandeur and allure of nature. My current technique involves working with oils on a mounted canvas, utilizing a more impressionistic style over realism. My color palette has also evolved to be more vibrant and dreamlike. I seek to convey the strong sense of magical realism that I feel in nature, that sense that there is another more vibrant and colorful reality that not everyone can glimpse.
