"Although we are different, we share the same hopes and dreams for equality."

This is the 5th piece of my 'Freedom' Series. This piece explores the joys and empowerment that can come with learning. Sometimes learning the truth can be a daunting and sorrowful task, but it is essential for understanding ourselves and the world we live in. For this piece I wanted to focus on education within a small handful of the diverse identities Black American experience. Afro-Arab, Afro-Latino, Black American/Carribean American, and Individual with a disabilities. I hope to add more to this piece as time goes on.
