Artist video translation: Hello everyone, I am Chen Qiang, a photographer from China, currently working and living in Hefei, China. I am a freelance photographer, mainly focusing on documentary and artistic creation. I have won the French PX3 Photography Award multiple times. This exhibited work "Here and Now" is one of my series "Huai River" (China), shot in Huaibin County in the middle reaches of the Huai River. It was summer at the time, and floods were rampant. Many people were watching the flood from the Huai River Bridge next to the county town. Meanwhile, a grandfather and grandchild were intently looking at their mobile phone, oblivious to their surroundings, and I pressed the shutter. At this moment and place, the relationship between them, between them and others, and between them and the flood created a fascinating dynamic that gives one food for thought! Thank you!
