Artist Statement

At the heart of my work lies a deep commitment to human connection, empathy, and the belief that creativity can be a powerful force for good. My artistic practice is guided by values rooted in kindness, mindfulness, and the transformative potential within each person. Inspired by Buddhist practice I create from the belief that every mind should be allowed and encouraged to believe that they matter, they have infinite potential, their way is the right way, and that the greatest most important things( can) only grow inside. These are not just ideals, they are principles I strive to bring into every relationship, space, and moment I’m fortunate to be a part of.
